Users can login and work from any computer connected to the Internet. From your office to satellite clinics to their home, your users have access to your entire network. A 256k Internet connection is all that is required to have your programs look and run exactly the same as if they’re being run from the office. There’s no installation or setup required.
Your Applications
At Netgain, we deliver a complete solution by hosting practically any application. In addition to your vital eHealth applications, Netgain can also host your business applications that serve your accounting, scheduling or other organizational needs. If it’s mainstream, then we probably already run it. And if we don’t, we’ll contact their technical services department for you to learn how your software can operate within the security of our hosting center.
The File System
Netgain provides each client with a private, secure data storage area. There are shared folders, public and private areas, file permissions, and so on, just as you would have on a local network server. Each client gets a standard structure– public shares, departmental folders, private user directories, favorites, etc. However, it is entirely flexible and can be customized to your exact needs.
User Support/Assistance
The best part about Netgain’s eHealth Architecture is having unlimited access to qualified helpdesk personnel that truly want to help you with your technical support questions. You can request support by either submitting a request online or by dialing Netgain’s support hotline. With your permission, our support people can also provide shadow support. This means our remote support specialists will see your desktop, and share the use of your keyboard and mouse. It’s like having an expert sitting right next to you.
