Vulnerability Protection

Security vulnerabilities occur when a system has susceptibility or flaw, an attacker has access to the flaw, and the attacker has the capability to exploit the flaw.

To protect our clients from these vulnerabilities, Netgain uses patch management processes to identify and mitigate and protect against vulnerabilities.  Netgain installs patches to servers and software when the patches are distributed. 

Our patch management software verifies the patch and scans all servers on a weekly basis to look for any known vulnerability in any of the software programs being run.

Based on the results of these patch reports, Netgain addresses any issues found by installing necessary patches so the software performs properly and securely.
