Managed VPN

A  virtual private network, or VPN, tunnel connecting two networks can be very useful in securely exchanging data between you and your business partners.

However, setting up VPNs requires matching up multiple cryptic settings between firewalls of various brands and types, and coordinating technology with your business partner’s IT staff. 

Once set up, the VPN is usually just as reliable as the Internet itself, which can vary from rock-solid to quite unstable.  Some VPN outages will recover by themselves, others require manual intervention
