Netgain partners with backup industry leader SyncSort to copy your data to our NetApp storage area network (SAN). In addition, we back it up via tape backup and store it off-site every night.   

Through our IaaS solution, we work with your backup or SAN vendor to create the solution that fits your unique backup needs.   

Data Snapshotting

Netgain uses data shapshotting to give our clients the ultimate protection of data loss. Every hour, our backup solution takes a point-in-time snapshot of your data, while applications are running without any performance repercussions, and stores those for 24 hours until the daily backup is created.  Based on client preference, our systems can do snapshotting as frequently as every 15 minutes.
