St. Cloud, MN – June 29, 2009 - Netgain Technology, a St. Cloud, MN provider of information technology outsourcing solutions, hired three technologists in the first half of FY 2009.

Sarah DeWaard joined Netgain part-time in February as an Administrative Support Analyst and was hired full-time in June. DeWaard fulfills many roles and duties at Netgain including office manager, accounts payable, receptionist, and human resources.

Netgain hired two Helpdesk Analysts in February;  Matt Nispel, a graduate of St. Cloud State University, and Bradley Munsen, a graduate of Alexandria Technical College.  Both Nispel and Munsen have years of experience in information technology systems, and will be assisting Netgain clients with problem analysis and resolution.  

“It’s not enough to operate a company like Netgain on IT generalists.  We hire IT specialists that are passionate about technology and customer service,” said Franco Cusipag, Netgain’s Human Resources Manager.
