JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY STATEMENT:
To develop, improve, and build customer relationships.
DIRECT REPORT:
This position reports to the VP of Finance and is subject to 90 day review or as deemed appropriate by VP of Finance.
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform various customer service tasks, not limited to coordinating and scheduling customer technical support calls, providing telephone or on-site software and hardware support, and fully documenting resolution, independently solving customer problems.
- Support the sales team in the preparation of pricing, sales proposals, and communication of products and services to new and existing accounts.
- Perform various accounting tasks, not limited to; accepting client payments, entering bills, paying bills, processing sales orders, printing invoices, collecting bills, purchasing merchandise, preparing statements, making bank deposits, organizing and filing accounting documents.
- Perform various clerical tasks, not limited to: transcribing documents (typing), coordinating vendors, organizing special events, recording meeting minutes, gathering information, copying and filing or shredding documents, answer and process incoming telephone calls, going to the post office, and getting, distributing, preparing, and sending mail.
- Continually improve technical competencies and communication skills.
- Assist in the training and development of new Netgain employees.
- Suggest innovative and creative new ideas and ways of improving processes.
- Cooperate with other employees to create a trusting, honest, and productive work team.
